"Gintama Character Pop Store" to be Held at "Bandai Namco Cross Store Atre Akihabara Store" from April 17, 2026! Newly Drawn Illustrations to be Unveiled Sequentially. Hijikata Toshiro to be Featured First!

Bandai Namco Experience Inc. will open the "Gintama Character Pop Store" from Friday, April 17, 2026, to Monday, November 23, 2026 (holiday), at the "Bandai Namco Cross Store Atre Akihabara Store."

Newly drawn illustrations for all six characters (Sakata Gintoki, Hijikata Toshiro, Okita Sougo, Katsura Kotaro, Takasugi Shinsuke, and Kamui) with the concept of "Fierce Winds and Raging Waves" will be sequentially released over six months. The first installment, "Hijikata Festival," will feature newly drawn illustrations of Hijikata Toshiro. In addition to the standard colored illustrations, original artwork-style illustrations of the same designs will also be available. The venue will sell original merchandise and feature mini-games where visitors can win original prizes. Some products will also be available at Bandai Namco Cross Spots nationwide starting Friday, April 24th.
