I didn't know that such gymnastics were being performed in nursing care facilities. When I actually tried the exercises, the movements like rotating arms and crossing were simple, and I was able to follow the examples immediately. Since I could move my body while listening to music, it was more fun than just doing gymnastics. The title of this song, which is also used in the ending of the movie, is 'Niji no Mukou ni' sung by Hatatsun, and I felt a great sense of familiarity as it overlaps with the image of this movie. This was my first time experiencing the gymnastics actually performed in nursing care facilities.
