XENCE Launches Construction-Specialized New Division 'XENCE Engineering'

XENCE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture; Representative: Kotaro Ozawa) has launched a new construction-contracting division, 'XENCE Engineering (Zensu Engineering),' on May 20, 2026. The division will accept construction contracts from architectural firms and clients, primarily in the Tokai region, for new construction and renovation of wooden houses, tenant and office renovations, and new construction, renovation, and demolition of non-residential buildings.

Until now, XENCE has been engaged in constructing complex buildings that are difficult to realize through conventional construction workflows—such as digital fabrication using 3D printers and robotic processing, and the development and construction of modular buildings using underutilized materials that do not conform to standard distribution specifications. Leveraging the accumulated construction expertise in these new technologies alongside traditional building techniques, XENCE Engineering launches as a new type of construction firm that 'designs architecture through making.'

XENCE Engineering has been established as a new construction division that connects design and construction as two wheels of a vehicle, broadening architectural possibilities through the integration of 'how to build.'
