Cross-Operation Group, Inc. (XOP), a company specializing in BizOps with strengths in merging advanced technology and operations (Ops) and providing business improvement support using generative AI, will hold a prompt creation workshop for AI business utilization.

Apply for the workshop

You can learn prompt creation techniques to accelerate the business use and organizational adoption of AI.

The key to utilizing AI, including ChatGPT, is "prompt engineering." It is no exaggeration to say that the ability to create prompts is everything.

■ I've tried using ChatGPT, but it doesn't perform as expected.
■ I found that ChatGPT and other generative AIs are not as great as I thought.
■ I'm only using ChatGPT for research and summarization tasks.

All these issues can be solved depending on the prompt.

However, if you feel that:
・You know prompts are important, but you don't know what or how to learn.
・You've looked at "Top X Prompts" in books or business magazines, but they don't quite click.
・You watch videos on YouTube, etc., but they feel superficial.
We look forward to the participation of those who feel these challenges.

In the prompt creation workshop, you can systematically learn everything from the basics to the practical application of prompt creation through the following program:
"What is a prompt in ChatGPT utilization?"
"Characteristics of people who are good at creating prompts"
"Tips and templates for prompt creation"
"The difference between self-contained prompts and configuration-based prompts"
"Demonstration of prompt creation"
We will teach the basics and templates to the participants, who will then create prompts on the spot.

The goal is to use this workshop as a starting point to accelerate the business use of ChatGPT and promote business growth and operational reform.
・People who want to start using ChatGPT
・People who want to accelerate their use of ChatGPT
・People who want to use ChatGPT to promote business and organizational transformation
We await your participation.

*The theme of the prompts handled in this workshop is business and operational use, and it does not cover prompts for software development using LLMs, etc. Also, the main focus is on prompt creation for business use with ChatGPT, so prompts for creative fields like image and video generation are not the main theme. This workshop is not recommended for those who wish to learn about these two types of prompts.
・You haven't actually used ChatGPT yet
・Your company introduced ChatGPT for a while but stopped using it because it wasn't effective
・You want to leverage ChatGPT more for business growth
If this sounds like you, please join us.

Participant Testimonials

"What I had imagined until now were conversational prompts, where you have to provide detailed situation settings on the fly. I thought it would be difficult to think and do that each time, and that thinking about the settings itself would be time-consuming. However, after attending this workshop and seeing the prompt format you taught, that concern was dispelled. I got a concrete image of its business application, so I'm excited to be able to use various patterns at my own company. Also, you explained abstract concepts in an easy-to-understand way, so I feel the psychological distance to prompts has shrunk. Thank you for the very beneficial and practical content."

"Until now, our company has not actively used generative AI, but after seeing how it produced outputs that accurately matched my wishes during this workshop, there's no reason not to promote its use. Originally, the momentum for using generative AI was low in the company, except for a few people, and I thought it would be difficult to achieve company-wide implementation. However, I feel that if we can present detailed, well-crafted prompts like the ones shown today and demonstrate how useful they are for business, company-wide adoption will be possible. I am considering seeking help through other workshops or individual support in the future. Thank you for letting me attend such an informative workshop."

"Participating in the workshop was a very fruitful time as you explained everything carefully from the basics. In particular, I learned a lot from being able to learn specific instruction methods and the prompt information your company uses. Because the explanation was clear and polite, I feel I was able to gain more practical knowledge. I hope to apply this to future projects and generate more effective prompts."

"As always, your company's seminars are very informative. I had never been shown examples of prompts, so it was very good. Also, at first glance, the prompt structure seemed simple, but I felt that creating it from scratch would be difficult and that the structure was well thought out. Until you showed it in the seminar, I had expected something written by an SE, with many symbols I wouldn't understand. The prompt was written almost entirely in Japanese, and I felt the possibility that I could write it myself."

"My company decided to introduce generative AI, so I hastily participated in this workshop, and I came to understand well the importance of creating high-quality prompts. Embarrassingly, this was the first time I saw it in action, but I believe a very large difference will arise in the future for both companies and individuals depending on whether they can use generative AI tools. The quality of the patterns will likely improve by doing it a certain number of times, and as soon as the usage environment is ready at my company, I want to actively utilize it."

"After casually attending a Cross-Operation Group seminar once, I found myself signing up for every theme. Since online seminars became widespread, I felt the number of seminars with questionable quality had increased, but I felt this was a good find after a long time. While I was considering incorporating generative AI, I was full of uncertainties about what could be done with ChatGPT and whether even a company not strong in AI could use it well. Through the Cross-Operation Group's workshops, I was able to understand ChatGPT broadly, learn specific operation methods, and even delve deeper, which for me was a good step-by-step understanding. I feel that making an accurate tool selection in the future would have been difficult without this knowledge, so I am very grateful for this opportunity."

"You carefully explained everything from the basic concepts to practical methods for ChatGPT, GPT, and MyGPTs. By taking this workshop, my understanding of ChatGPT, which I had been using vaguely, deepened, and I was able to solidify it in my own thinking. In the talk about 'Tips for Improving Prompts,' I thought that by grasping the tips, I could not only improve with ChatGPT but also make appropriate and precise requests and questions to people, leading to smoother dialogue. Also, the instructor's not-too-formal speaking style and attitude towards output were impressive, and I learned a lot. Thank you very much."

"Until now, I had been learning prompts to master ChatGPT for myself, but I had never thought about it from the perspective of a president or manager having employees use it, so it was very fresh. Indeed, the perspective of not only the user becoming proficient in prompts but also how to share them effectively with others and get results is wonderful. I felt that ChatGPT is absolutely necessary for the coming era and have learned various things, but your company's explanation was the easiest to understand and the most accurate. I will sign up for other courses as well. I look forward to your continued guidance."

"Until now, I thought I had learned the basics of prompts from books and social media videos, but the content this time was a different way of thinking and approach. However, it was the most user-friendly, and the method for brushing it up was clear and very helpful. I was able to understand the importance of prompts and specific design methods from a different perspective than before. In particular, while the clarity and specificity of the prompt greatly affect the AI's response, you also explained practical examples concretely, which seems immediately useful. Since it covered everything from the basics to the application of prompt creation, I think it was beneficial content for everyone from beginners to advanced users. Thank you very much."
