Through the partnership between "Neppan! Site Controller++," the No. 1 site controller in Japan offered by Rakuten Travel Service, and "Payn," the billing and collection of cancellation fees for accommodation facilities will be automated, supporting operational efficiency and revenue improvement.

By integrating "Neppan! Site Controller++" with "Payn," the need for manual billing information entry in "Payn" when a cancellation occurs will be eliminated. This enables the automation of cancellation fee billing operations without significant changes to existing reservation management workflows.

2. Significantly Reduce a Series of Tasks from Invoice Creation to Collection

"Payn" automates a series of tasks related to cancellation fee billing, including invoice creation, guest notifications, reminders, and collection. This significantly reduces the operational burden on facility staff, allowing them to concentrate on higher value-added tasks.
