Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2026

We are pleased to announce that we have finalized our financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026. In the consolidated fiscal year under review, our group's performance saw a revenue of 77.124 billion yen, an increase of 367 million yen (0.5%) compared to the previous fiscal year, due to an increase in business revenue, including from group companies, despite a decrease in membership revenue. Operating income was 1.475 billion yen, a decrease of 561 million yen (-27.6%) from the previous year, and ordinary income was 2.276 billion yen, a decrease of 721 million yen (-24.1%) from the previous year. On the other hand, net income attributable to owners of the parent was 1.296 billion yen, an increase of 658 million yen (103.3%) compared to the previous fiscal year, in which an impairment loss was recorded due to the termination of the "WOWOW 4K" channel broadcasting service, among other factors.
