WOTA 與和歌山縣簽訂協定，強化「水循環系統的自治體間廣域互助平台」

WOTA株式會社（總部：東京都中央區，代表取締役兼CEO：前田瑤介，以下簡稱「WOTA」）已與和歌山縣簽訂「災時生活用水相關設備的廣域互助協定」。

本協定為推動以都道府縣為單位的廣域互助平台建構計畫的一環，透過該平台組織營運的JWAD（Japan Water Association for Disaster）與各都道府縣合作，以強化災時生活用水的確保體制。

本協定旨在建立都道府縣間生活用水相關設備的相互支援體制，以確保災時避難所等的衛生環境及生活用水。

具體合作內容如下：

• 協定名稱：災時生活用水相關設備的廣域互助協定

• 目的：在災時為確保避難所等的生活用水及衛生環境，建立自治體間的相互支援體制。

• 主要合作內容：

  • 災時，由未受災的自治體向受災自治體提供生活用水相關設備（如「WOTA BOX」、「WOSH」等）。

  • 災時，相關人員間進行迅速的資訊共享（災情、生活用水設備需求、設備的設置、運用、撤除時程等）。

  • 以都道府縣為中心，進行設備的集中與最適當分配。

  • 平時進行訓練、事前分散配置等體制整備。

  • 透過JWAD事務局支援自治體間的協調。

〈關於自治體間廣域互助平台〉

廣域互助平台是透過以都道府縣為樞紐的集中與配置體制，使災時生活用水相關設備能夠迅速送達全國災區的自治體間相互支援機制。

平時將各市町村分散持有的設備，以都道府縣為單位進行掌握與整理，災時則集中運送至受災都道府縣。透過掌握用水需求並進行最適當的分配，目標是在「災後一週內」送達必要的支援。
