Announcement Regarding the Absorption Merger of Nara Royal Hotel Co., Ltd.

World Heritage Co., Ltd. (Head office: 1071 Takahata-cho, Nara City; Representative: Masanori Toh) will absorb and merge Nara Royal Hotel Co., Ltd., with an effective date of April 1, 2026, for the purpose of strengthening the overall management structure and consolidating resources of the group. As a result, World Heritage Co., Ltd. will be the surviving company and will succeed to all rights and obligations of Nara Royal Hotel Co., Ltd.

Through this merger, we aim to maximize group synergies, further strengthen our competitiveness, and improve services and reliability. There will be no changes to the conventional operating structure or contact points, and we kindly ask for your continued patronage.
