Cosplayers from All Over the Country Gather on Awaji Island! "3rd Awaji Island COSPLAY ~Awacos~ Powered by World Cosplay Summit" Set for May 30, 2026!

At Awaji Island Anime Park "Nijigen no Mori", in cooperation with WCS Inc., which hosts the world's largest cosplay event "World Cosplay Summit", the cosplay event "3rd Awaji Island COSPLAY ~Awacos~ Powered by World Cosplay Summit" will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

"Nijigen no Mori" has held the Awaji Island COSPLAY ~Awacos~ twice so far. Cosplayers dressing up as characters from various 2D contents, not limited to works related to each attraction, gathered on Awaji Island and enjoyed taking photos and interacting in an environment surrounded by nature in 360 degrees.

In the second event held in February of this year, a wide variety of cosplayers transcending the boundaries of works participated, such as Bumblebee from "Transformers" and characters from "Uma Musume", adding vibrant colors to the venue.

We have received comments from participants such as, "I'm glad I can take pictures in a place related to the work," "The perfection of the photos taken is high," "It's easy to decide the angle of view," and "Opportunities to take pictures in such a wide space are rare, and it's very fun."

In response to the expectations of cosplayers who have participated so far, as well as those who could not participate due to scheduling conflicts, the 3rd event will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
