While hiring needs remain high due to labor shortages, nearly 60% of job seekers feel the market is currently a 'buyer's market.' Over 80% of respondents noted that hiring requirements, such as specialized skills and experience, have become more stringent. Additionally, there is a clear trend toward prioritizing personal 'conviction' in career choices over the traditional April entry, with less than 20% ranking an April start as their top priority.
