WorCry operates under the mission of 'Youth in "Working"' and manages 'AOHARU Intern,' a long-term internship referral service specialized for university freshmen and sophomores. While interest in 'hiring by cultivating students from an early stage' is high among startups and growing companies, few companies have actually taken action.

The reason for exhibiting at 'Startup JAPAN 2026' is that we judged this venue, where approximately 13,000 startup-related people from across the country gather, to be the best opportunity to speak directly with executives and HR managers facing recruitment and organizational challenges. We aim to widely promote the new 'stock-type hiring' recruitment model provided by AOHARU Intern to the startup community and meet companies that want to break away from the 'flow-type' recruitment that is reset every year.
