With rising prices, the cost of drinks and food for group BBQs has increased. On top of that, organizers face another challenge: "how to transport everything." For groups of over 30 people, drinks alone can fill several coolers, and loading and carrying them often falls to just one person. Moreover, Iwayado's indoor BBQ area is located in a renovated former inn, requiring a 5–7 minute walk from the parking lot (sometimes longer, depending on parking location), including uphill stairs. Carrying supplies for a large group becomes unexpectedly strenuous. Many organizers have said: "The BBQ is fun, but preparing and transporting everything is the hardest part."

With this new service, groups can have their drinks and food shipped directly to the facility before the event date. The items will be stored and kept chilled in refrigerators on-site until the day of the event. On the day, there's no need to carry anything—simply pick up your items and start your BBQ immediately.

Together, the two sites can accommodate groups of up to 100 people. Whether you prefer the open-air, nature-immersive experience outdoors or the comfort and reliability of an indoor setting unaffected by weather, Iwayado’s dual-site setup lets you choose based on your group’s needs. Located within Iwayado Park—a popular natural destination in Seto City featuring a clear stream, waterfalls, and the Tokai Nature Trail—the site’s unique appeal lies in the ability to seamlessly transition from BBQ to river play. This new pre-delivery and storage service, combined with the dual-site setup, aims to make group BBQs even more enjoyable and convenient.
