Return-to-Work Preparation Event Report | OYA WORK Holds First Physical Event, Providing Experience and Consultation Opportunities for Pre/Post Return-to-Work Anxiety

The online parenting class 'OYA WORK', operated by With Midwife Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative: Mizuki Kishihata), held an experiential physical event titled 'Return-to-Work Preparation Event' targeting fathers and mothers on childcare leave preparing to return to work, in collaboration with the Akachan Honpo Lalaport Shin-Misato store. Notably, this is the first physical event held by OYA WORK. On the day of the event, through the provision of information on preparing for returning to work and entering nursery school, exhibitions and trials of childcare goods, handprint stamps and workshops enjoyed by families, and consultation sessions with midwives, we supported the resolution of anxieties and concrete preparations toward the start of a dual-income lifestyle.
