About 'Gachiakuta' Crawl up from the abyss (the bottom)! Everything is to change this 'crappy world'--!!
'Gachiakuta' is a battle action story featuring Rudo, an orphan boy born in a slum where descendants of criminals live. The work began serialization in Kodansha's 'Weekly Shonen Magazine' in February 2022, with original story by Kei Urana and graffiti design by Hideyoshi Andou. 'Gachiakuta' won the Global Special Award in the Comics category of the 'Next Manga Awards 2022.' While developing the concept for 'Gachiakuta,' Urana thought it would be more interesting to incorporate graffiti design, and obtained the cooperation of graffiti designer Hideyoshi Andou. The enemies are 'common sense,' 'power,' and 'discrimination and prejudice'!
The sensational manga is finally being adapted into an anime! It will be broadcast for two consecutive cours starting in July 2025, and a second season has also been decided! Production is handled by the anime studio Bones Film.
