The instructor for this session is Masaki Katayama, who boasts a victory at the 7th J.S.A. hosted competition and three victories at the Vinoterrace Blind Tasting Cup. A professional who thoroughly understands the experience of competitions and the mindset of winners will generously explain practical tasting techniques and thought processes that can be used just before the competition! Blind tasting cannot be won by "knowledge" alone. In this course, Mr. Katayama will share the actual thought processes he uses in competitions, using 10 different types of wine ♪ Please join us as a final touch before the competition!
