The annual national competition, the J.S.A. All Japan Blind Tasting Contest, will be held again this year. Taizo Okurano, who has achieved excellent results in numerous competitions, will thoroughly explain practical thought processes and tasting techniques. Why not use this as a comprehensive review just before the competition, and at the same time, discover your "favorite wine" while comparing 10 different wines?
The theme this time is "10 types that are similar but different to compare." This is a special program where you can experience "Japan's best tasting mindset," which cannot be learned from textbooks.
This course is for those aiming for victory in competitions, as well as those who want to enjoy the individuality of wine more deeply!
