We match the rich flavors unique to Australian wine with dishes that can be easily made with familiar ingredients. We will prepare a course meal (appetizer, soup, main dish, dessert) with simple cooking methods that can be recreated at home, but with an extra touch of hospitality. We will also share the recipes upon request.

Australian Pairing Dinner: 6 dishes (amuse, cold appetizer, warm appetizer, risotto, main dish, dessert) x 6 types of Australian wine. (You can fully enjoy free and diverse modern Australian cuisine that defies strict definition, paired with Australian wines rich in climate and varietal diversity.)

In 2021, received the SILVER EGG award at the young chef competition "REDU-35". He gained about 6 years of experience in Australia and returned to Japan prompted by "noma kyoto". After completing his pop-up tour, he became the chef of our restaurant.

To let you enjoy Australian wine to the fullest, you can freely drink about 17 types of wine, including typical wines from 4 states and trending alternative varieties. For the food, we have invited 3 active chefs in Nagoya: Chef Tsukidate of "Le Pont du Gard Yukinobu Tsukidate", Chef Hiya of "La Barca", and Chef Nagashima of "Nagoya Enkyo", to provide freshly prepared dishes to be enjoyed together in this event.
