Fostering the ability to create value in uncertain situations: Recruitment for 2026 cross-boundary learning 'GIFT' has begun (Cumulative 76 companies, 650 participants)

Will Seed Co., Ltd., together with the Public-Private Partnership Business Institute, has begun recruiting for the 2026 session of the cross-boundary learning program 'GIFT' and its shortened version, 'GIFT Essentials'. This program allows corporate employees from different industries to form teams and work with local governments and NPOs to address real social challenges, developing leadership skills through 'crossing boundaries'. In 2025, 159 people from 18 companies participated, and a cumulative total of 650 people from 76 companies have experienced this program between 2021 and 2025. The 2026 program runs from September to December, with information sessions for HR and training managers scheduled for May and June.
