Toyo Corporation Introduces Premium Yuutai Club to Strengthen Shareholder Relations

Wills Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Mitsuo Sugimoto; hereinafter "Wills"), an IR support company connecting investors and listed companies, will introduce its digital shareholder management platform "Premium Yuutai Club," which integrates a point-based shareholder benefit system and electronic shareholder information services, to Toyo Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Toshiya Takano; hereinafter "Toyo Corporation") upon the establishment of a new shareholder benefit program.

Starting from 2026, shareholders holding 300 or more shares listed or recorded in Toyo Corporation's shareholder registry as of September 30th each year will be eligible.

Objectives of Establishing the New Shareholder Benefit Program

① Strengthening relationships with shareholders by expanding shareholder returns

② Improving stock liquidity and expanding the investor base to further enhance corporate value

Overview of the Introduced Shareholder Benefit Program

Toyo Corporation shareholders can use the shareholder benefit points awarded through the dedicated website "Toyo Corporation Premium Yuutai Club" to choose from over 5,000 types of carefully selected products, including gourmet items such as branded beef and rice, sweets and beverages, fine sake, home appliances, and selectable experience gifts.

Furthermore, these points can be exchanged for "WILLsCoin," a common shareholder benefit coin that can be combined with benefit points from other companies that have introduced the Premium Yuutai Club. The combined "WILLsCoin" can be used on the "Premium Yuutai Club PORTAL" (https://portal.premium-yutaiclub.jp/) to exchange for a wider range of benefits such as accommodation tickets and premium wines, or for hometown tax donations (https://premium-yutaiclub.satori.site/furusato).

[Eligibility Conditions] To be listed or recorded as a shareholder holding 300 or more shares in the shareholder registry as of September 30th each year.

[Carry-over Conditions] Based on the shareholder registry as of September 30th each year, points can be carried over only if the shareholder is listed or recorded in the shareholder registry on March 31st and September 30th for three consecutive times or more with the same shareholder number, and continuously holds 300 or more shares. A maximum of two batches of points can be exchanged together.

Please note that if the shareholder number changes due to reasons such as "complete sale of shares," "use of securities company's stock lending service," "transfer of ownership to a person other than yourself or inheritance," or other reasons by the record date of September 30th, the points will expire and cannot be carried over.
