OYO Corporation Introduces Premium Yuutai Club to Strengthen Shareholder Dialogue and Promote Shareholder Management DX

WILLs Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Mitsuo Sugimoto; hereinafter "WILLs"), an IR support company connecting investors and listed companies, will have its digital shareholder management platform "Premium Yuutai Club," which integrates point-based shareholder benefits and electronic shareholder information services, introduced by OYO Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hirofumi Amano; hereinafter "OYO Corporation") as part of the establishment of a new shareholder benefit program.

The program will target shareholders holding 200 or more shares recorded or listed in OYO Corporation's shareholder registry at the end of June and December each year, starting from the end of June 2026.

**Purpose of Introducing the Premium Yuutai Club**

By actively utilizing the shareholder database obtained through membership registration to the "OYO Corporation Premium Yuutai Club," we aim to strengthen dialogue with shareholders. Simultaneously, by timely delivering PR and IR information to shareholders, we seek to promote corporate understanding and enhance engagement.

Furthermore, by digitizing shareholder management, which traditionally relied on limited information, we will achieve more efficient and strategic dialogue with the market.

Through these initiatives, we will strive to encourage more people to take an interest in OYO Corporation and build deeper relationships with shareholders who provide long-term support.

OYO Corporation shareholders can use the shareholder benefit points awarded through the dedicated website "OYO Corporation Premium Yuutai Club" to choose from over 5,000 types of products, including carefully selected brand beef, rice, and other gourmet foods, sweets, beverages, fine sake, home appliances, selectable experience gifts, and Amazon gift cards.

**Granting Conditions**

Shareholders holding 200 or more shares recorded in the shareholder registry at the end of June and December each year, starting from the end of June 2026, are eligible.

**Carry-over Conditions**

Points can be carried over only if the shareholder is recorded with the same shareholder number for two consecutive times or more at the end of June and December, and continuously holds 200 or more shares. A maximum of four times' worth of points can be exchanged at once.

Please note that if the shareholder number changes due to reasons such as "full sale of shares," "use of securities company's stock lending service," "transfer of name to a non-self or inheritance," etc., by the record date at the end of June or December, the points will expire and cannot be carried over.

**Long-term Benefits**

From the end of June 2026, if a shareholder is recorded with the same shareholder number for three consecutive times or more at the end of June and December, and continuously holds 200 or more shares, they will receive 1.1 times the shareholder benefit points as a long-term shareholder benefit, according to the number of shares continuously held during the period.
