[Event Report] HR Careers: Beyond the 'Dots' - 12 Years of Experience and Finding Your Core

Willnext Co., Ltd., in collaboration with JAIC Co., Ltd., hosted a free online seminar for HR professionals on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Under the theme 'How to carve out an HR career in an era without clear answers,' two speakers with extensive experience shared their perspectives. As AI and external services evolve, administrative tasks once handled by HR are rapidly being automated. Today, management expects HR to act as a 'strategic partner' in recruitment strategy and organizational development. In this seminar, the speakers addressed these challenges head-on. In the first part, Kazutoshi Nakayama from Willnext suggested that it is crucial to 'let go of the idea of searching for a single correct answer and instead articulate your own core based on emotions, values, and life vision.' In the second part, Eri Kutsuwa from JAIC stated that 'constantly being aware of whether your work is linked to management strategy is the key to growth.' In conclusion, the seminar emphasized that while HR experience tends to accumulate as isolated 'dots,' it is essential to connect them into a 'line' through self-articulation and strategic alignment.
