■ Background of the Event

With the evolution of AI and external services, the administrative and procedural tasks once handled by HR are rapidly being automated.
Now, management expects HR to play a role as a "strategic partner," focusing on formulating recruitment strategies and organizational development.

On the other hand, HR professionals are increasingly expressing concerns such as "I don't know the right answer for an HR career" and "I don't feel appreciated."
This seminar will directly address these challenges with real-world experiences.

■ Recommended for those who:

  • HR personnel who feel unsure if their market value is increasing.

  • Those who lack a career role model within their company and cannot foresee their future.

  • Those considering a job change but struggling to articulate their strengths.

  • Those whose HR experience remains as "isolated points" and lack a clear career axis.

  • Those who want to know the direction for building skills to adapt to the changing role of HR.
