## What We Want to Achieve as a Dream
Will and Well-ness Co., Ltd. aims to realize a society that supports career women in their 30s and 40s to make choices with conviction and move forward, without getting stuck despite their worries.

Especially career women in their 30s and 40s are in a complex decision-making process, where they need to consider multiple factors simultaneously, facing not only career direction but also life events and changes in roles.
Among these, they may get stuck due to conditions such as:
- Thoughts are not organized
- Unable to articulate decision-making criteria
- Lack of conviction about choices

In response to such situations, we believe that "if there is a mechanism to organize thoughts and support making choices with conviction, people can move forward," and
### Worries can be transformed from reasons to stop into entry points for moving forward
Based on this premise, we are advocating this dream.

## Background of the Concept
What we have observed through supporting career women so far is that, in many cases, women are not "worrying," but rather "stuck without being able to make choices, with their thoughts unorganized." Furthermore,
- "Don't know who to consult"
- "Time and cost constraints"
- "Unable to take the step to consult due to psychological hurdles"

There are "physical, economic, and psychological hurdles" to consulting others, and it is not uncommon for women to get stuck without even reaching the stage of "wanting to consult."

In fact, through dialogues with many clients, we have heard voices such as:
(These are voices received from clients during our trial sessions and career design sessions, and voices received by our representative during interviews with career women in their 30s and 40s)
- I read self-help books, but ultimately didn't deepen my understanding of myself.
- I tried self-understanding exercises that were recommended, but I didn't know what the right answer was and ended up feeling unfulfilled.
- I participated in self-improvement seminars and self-understanding workshops, but I didn't deeply understand myself and felt unfulfilled.
- I received other free counseling, but I didn't get what I was looking for. It was a one-off session, so I didn't feel much meaning.
