ROYAL GREEN Mito Launches Japan's First Indoor Studio Equipped with 3D Analysis and Motion Capture "X-View"

Will Trust Inc. As the next stage, we are pleased to announce the establishment of a new indoor golf studio, the first in Japan to be equipped with 3D analysis and motion capture technology "X-View", which will open on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

The concept of ROYAL GREEN is "We've stopped being a golf practice range."
We have evolved from a place for individual practice to a place to enjoy together with family and friends.

Our golf school business, which has been our core focus, has grown to over 450 members, with more than 1,000 students having taken lessons. Cumulative sales are approximately 160 million yen, and we anticipate sales of around 60 million yen this fiscal year.

Realization of the Hybrid Golf Concept

This studio is the embodiment of our proposed "Indoor x Outdoor Hybrid Golf School Concept."
Traditional indoor golf facilities can be broadly classified into three types: golf bar style emphasizing entertainment, school style specializing in lessons, and facility style specializing in practice.

However, this studio does not separate these elements but fuses entertainment, golf school, and golf practice range features into an unprecedented new model.
By creating accurate swings indoors and experiencing the results outdoors, combined with providing both "fun" and "improvement" simultaneously, we are creating new value in golf.

This model has been made possible precisely because ROYAL GREEN Mito has experience in operating existing golf school businesses and outdoor practice ranges.

Lesson Environment with Cutting-Edge Technology

The studio is equipped with the following facilities:

・Launch monitor "GC3"
・AI Club Tracer "FOCUS"
・3D analysis and motion capture "X-View" (First introduction in Japan)

This allows for detailed data such as club path and face angle, as well as visualization of swings as 3D video.
We are evolving from traditional, intuitive lessons to highly accurate lessons based on data and video.

Furthermore, by having our existing approximately 450 school members receive swing diagnostics once a month, we are building an environment that supports continuous improvement.

Fusion of Lessons and Entertainment

This studio is not exclusively for lessons; it is also available for general use.
As a space where up to 8 people can enjoy food and drinks, we offer an "entertainment golf" experience similar to Topgolf in the US.

We aim to create a new customer base by evolving golf from "practice" to an "enjoyable experience."

Future Development and Business Goals

Using this studio as a model case, we plan to expand the indoor x outdoor hybrid model nationwide, starting with a location in front of Mito Station.

Furthermore, the golf school business "ROYAL GREEN Lab Golf Academy" plans for sales of approximately 130 million yen in the fiscal year ending September 2026, aiming for sales of 500 million yen in three years and 1.5 billion yen in five years.
The indoor studio alone is expected to generate annual sales of approximately 7 million yen.

We are considering franchise expansion in the future and aim to establish this model as a new business for golf schools.

Will Trust will contribute to the development of the golf industry by evolving golf from "practice" to "experience," delivering the fun and sense of improvement to more people.
