Little K, a whiskey brand from Shizuoka's Shimizu, wins the highest gold award and starts sales after further aging!

Whiskey&Co. Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Shohei Omori, hereinafter referred to as the Company), which manufactures and sells craft spirits, announces that it will start selling the third installment of the whiskey brand 'Little K', 'Little K 2026', on June 15, 2026.

▪ About Little K 2026

Due to the favorable climate in Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and the use of new barrels of American White Oak, which follows the making of bourbon, the aging of the original alcohol for one year is progressing smoothly. As a 'whiskey brand aged less than 2 years in a barrel', 'Little K' was released in June 2025.

In August 2025, after winning the highest award, Master Medal, at The World Whisky Masters 2025 in London, the first installment, which was released in limited quantities of 4,750 bottles, sold out, and the second installment, Little K 2025 2nd (limited to 4,600 bottles), was released in November of the same year.

In March 2026, Little K 2025 2nd sold out, and subsequently, at the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition 2026, the largest liquor competition in Asia, Little K 2025 2nd won the highest gold award.

Then, on June 15, 2026, the release of the third installment, Little K 2026, will begin.

Little K 2026 has a longer aging period than the first and second installments.

・Little K (first installment): Blend of original alcohol aged for 10 x 13 months

・Little K 2025 2nd (second installment): Blend of original alcohol aged for 15 x 19 months

・Little K 2026 (third installment): Blend of original alcohol aged for 17 x 18 x 20 months

Little K 2026, with increased aging, has a more pronounced aroma of almonds, chocolate, and vanilla, and features characteristics similar to black pepper, dried fruits such as tea, peaches, and apricots.

When you take a sip, you can feel the bitter nuances from the barrel and the rich sweetness intertwined, as well as oak, caramel, and the flesh of peach pits. It has a long aftertaste and a lingering sweetness.

Whiskey&Co.'s whiskey is based on the concept of 'born in Shimizu, raised in Shimizu, and sold exclusively in the Shimizu area'. The Little K series of whiskey brands is also made at the Shimizu distillery, Distillery Water Dragon, and after aging in barrels in the city of Shimizu, it is sold exclusively in the Shimizu area.

Toji Gold Mine: Whiskey aging starts in the gold mine tunnel, reservations start from June 16, 2026

Golden Park Toi Co., Ltd. (Toi, Izunokuni City, Shizuoka Prefecture) will age whiskey manufactured by our company in barrels in the gold mine tunnel of the Toi Gold Mine, a designated historical site of Izunokuni City, located in the former gold vein in Toi, Izunokuni City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and will start accepting reservations as a private brand (PB).

This initiative will be a memorable case for our PB barrel development. 'Gold mine aging', utilizing the unique environment of the gold mine tunnel, is an attempt to weave a 'unique story' that can only be achieved in that land.

We would like to inform you about the cocktail competition 'Moon Shine Cocktail Competition 2026', which will be held for the fourth time in 2026 and is organized by our company.

This competition, which has been held within the precincts of the Mitsuishijinja Shrine, a rare event nationwide in the past,
