JR Hiroshima Station Luggage Service "Crosta Hiroshima" to Relocate and Renew!

The luggage service facility "Crosta Hiroshima," currently operating inside Hiroshima Station, will relocate and renew its operations starting July 1, 2026 (Wed).

With this relocation, the facility will move to a more accessible and easier-to-find location. (After exiting the Shinkansen ticket gates at Hiroshima Station, turn left and proceed straight along the passageway.)

JR West Minpaku Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shin-Osaka First Life Building, 3-5-24 Miyahara, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka City; President and CEO: Manabu Okada) operates "Crosta" luggage services—including temporary luggage storage and luggage delivery to hotels ("Carry Service")—at Kyoto Station, Shin-Osaka Station, Osaka Station, Hiroshima Station, and Hakata Station.

In addition to domestic customers, we welcome international visitors, promoting hassle-free sightseeing by allowing them to travel light. Especially by using the "Carry Service," guests arriving at Hiroshima Station can enjoy sightseeing around Hiroshima with just their personal belongings before checking into their hotel.

1. Relocation Date: July 1, 2026 (Wed)

2. Location: 2nd Floor, JR Hiroshima Station (refer to the map below)

*Please note: In conjunction with the relocation, the current facility on the 1st floor of Hiroshima Station will cease operations on June 30, 2026 (Tue).

3. Business Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (open year-round)

4. Operating Company: JR West Minpaku Co., Ltd.

5. Services Offered:

Luggage Storage: 1,000 JPY (tax included) per item

Carry Service: Within Hiroshima City: 1,500 JPY (tax included) per item

Miyajimaguchi / Miyahama Onsen: 2,300 JPY (tax included) per item

Miyajima: 2,500 JPY (tax included) per item

(The Carry Service delivers customers' luggage from Hiroshima Station to hotels within Hiroshima City, Miyajimaguchi, Miyahama Onsen, and Miyajima on the same day.)

6. Additional Information:

Starting June 24, 2026 (Wed), "Crosta Hiroshima" has begun offering the "Same-day Delivery WEST" service, which transports luggage received at the facility via Shinkansen to "Crosta Shin-Osaka," hotels in Osaka City, and hotels in Kyoto City for same-day delivery.

By enabling same-day luggage delivery between major cities in western Japan, we aim to enhance customer convenience, resolve luggage-related challenges, and allow travelers visiting Kansai and other regions to enjoy even more convenient, hands-free sightseeing.
