West Japan Railway Company (JR West), in collaboration with local communities, is committed to creating regions that people want to visit and live in by revitalizing local industries and refining regional resources.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the "Hokuriku Shun-atsume" (Hokuriku Seasonal Collection) notebook, a monthly culinary guide packed with the unique seasonal charms of the three Hokuriku prefectures. From April 2026 to March 2027, you can enjoy collecting stickers and participating in the WESTER stamp rally while exploring the seasonal foods across the Hokuriku region.

1. Purpose

The three Hokuriku prefectures are home to ingredients available only during specific seasons, foods deeply tied to festivals and customs, and unique local food cultures. We believe these offer fresh regional experiences for visitors and new discoveries for residents regarding the food cultures of neighboring areas. We are issuing the "Hokuriku Shun-atsume" notebook in the hope that these seasonal foods and events will help people discover the deeper charms of Hokuriku and serve as an incentive to visit each region.

*Distribution of the notebook and monthly stickers may end once supplies are exhausted.

*You can still participate in the WESTER stamp rally even if you do not have the physical notebook.

4. Call for 'Shun-atsume' Ambassadors

We are recruiting approximately 10 "Hokuriku Shun-atsume Ambassadors" for each seasonal period (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter).

Together, we will discover and promote the charms of each season and region in Hokuriku, including those not yet featured in the "Hokuriku Shun-atsume" notebook.
