Wellpharma Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Issei Fukuda), through its femcare brand 'fuwari,' will host an online seminar, "Vaginal Yoga & Femcare," on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

This seminar is an experiential program for learning self-care to live more comfortably day-to-day, gently addressing the mental and physical fluctuations women often experience with age. It will offer insights into gracefully managing age-related changes such as urinary leakage, dryness, and general discomfort by approaching them from two perspectives: "internal pelvic floor care" and "external moisturizing care."

The seminar will feature instructor Ms. Nihei, renowned for her yoga guidance for women of all life stages, including pelvic floor care, maternity, postpartum, and menopause. She will introduce practical self-care methods that are easy to continue at home.

**Proposing a Self-Care Habit to "Cultivate Lifelong Pelvic Floor Muscles"**
The pelvic floor serves as the body's foundation. As women age, hormonal shifts can lead to changes in posture, body support, and circulation. These changes may manifest as minor daily issues like slight urinary leakage when sneezing, discomfort in the lower abdomen, or a general feeling of weakness.

In response, the pelvic floor, as the body's internal foundation, has been gaining attention. This seminar focuses on the idea of "cultivating lifelong pelvic floor muscles" to address these changes. Rather than temporary training, it teaches self-care that gently nurtures this foundation for the future by reviewing daily posture, breathing, and body usage. The program introduces an approach that engages the pelvic floor by connecting the whole body through awareness, starting from "standing correctly," and practicing sustainable vaginal yoga.

**Seminar Content**
- **Lecture:** The aging body and the pelvic floor. A gentle introduction to the changes common during menopause, such as urinary leakage and dryness, and their relationship with the pelvic floor. It will also cover daily awareness tips, starting with "how to stand correctly."
- **Practical Session:** "Vaginal Yoga" to cultivate lifelong pelvic floor muscles. Experience gentle poses that connect the entire body to work the pelvic floor without strain. The session will focus on movements that can be done on a chair or the floor, making them easy to continue at home.
- **Dialogue & Tips:** Internal and external self-care. Introduction to easy-to-adopt daily habits, such as moisturizing the delicate zone and using feminine oils.
- **Q&A:** Answering your concerns. Based on a pre-event questionnaire, the instructor will address common concerns and questions.

**Recommended For:**
✓ Those who have recently noticed more physical changes.
