Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener, a steakhouse originating from New York, has launched "eGift" digital gift cards at its seven locations in Japan (Roppongi, Marunouchi, Takanawa, Osaka, Fukuoka, Signature Aoyama, and Teppan Ginza).

"eGift" is a digital gift card that allows you to subtly send feelings of gratitude and celebration to friends and distant loved ones via email or social media. You can complete the purchase and delivery process using your PC or smartphone.

Wolfgang's Steakhouse's Exquisite Steak with a Focus on "Quality, Aging, and Grilling"

Wolfgang's Steakhouse uses only rare beef rated "Prime Grade," the highest quality by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The meat is sourced chilled (not frozen) and dry-aged for 28 days in dedicated aging rooms within the restaurant, under controlled temperature and humidity. The dry-aging process enhances the umami and tenderness of the lean meat, which is then thickly sliced and quickly grilled in a 900℃ oven, served directly to the customer's table in the same dish.

In Japan, in addition to the Roppongi, Marunouchi, Osaka, and Fukuoka stores, the latest store, Takanawa, opened in September '25. Furthermore, as new brands, the more luxurious "Signature" has been launched in Aoyama, and "Teppan," conceptualized as "Exquisite Steak with a Focus on 'Quality, Aging, and Grilling' from Wolfgang's Steakhouse, enjoyed on a teppan grill," has been expanded in Ginza.
