These include the spring-exclusive 'Ogura French Toast,' soaked in batter and toasted to perfection, and the 'Philly Cheesesteak,' a hot sandwich originating from Philadelphia, USA, filled with thinly sliced beef and cheese.
'Ogura French Toast' features Sarabeth's signature fluffy challah bread, rich with the aroma of eggs and butter, sandwiched with elegant sweet Ogura bean paste. It is soaked in batter and toasted until fragrant. Topped with mascarpone whipped cream with a hint of salt and paired with strawberry sauce, it offers a refreshing acidity amidst the sweetness.
The 'Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich' features toasted sliced beef chuck combined with sautéed onions for sweetness and rich red cheddar, balanced by the acidity of pickles. Served in a soft baguette that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and accompanied by French fries, it is an elegant and satisfying dish.
