[New Opening at Marui Family Shiki!] WAYS, a specialized individual tutoring school for combined junior and senior high schools, starts instruction on June 22 (Mon) at 'Shiki Classroom', the third location in Saitama, with a free entrance fee campaign (22,000 yen).

WAYS (operated by Mates Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), a specialized individual tutoring school for combined middle and high schools, will open a new 'WAYS Shiki Classroom' on Monday, June 15, 2026, inside Marui Family Shiki, a commercial facility directly connected to Shiki Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Instruction will also begin on Monday, June 22.

This is the third location in Saitama Prefecture after Omiya and Minami-Urawa, targeting students from nearby integrated schools and high schools (grades 7-12) and providing total support from regular test preparation to university entrance exams.

Nearby classrooms (Ikebukuro and Minami-Urawa) are already accepting preliminary learning consultations regarding enrollment in the Shiki classroom. From the opening date of June 15, Shiki classroom will also sequentially accept free learning consultations.

To commemorate the new opening, a 'Free Entrance Fee (22,000 yen) Campaign' is currently underway for children enrolling in the Shiki classroom. This limited-time offer is available until Friday, July 31, 2026.

◾️ Background of Opening in the Shiki Area

Along the Tobu Tojo Line, there are many integrated junior/senior high schools and academic high schools, but there are few specialized tutoring schools that can handle each school's unique curriculum and materials.

Since its founding, WAYS has received numerous inquiries such as 'There is no tutoring school nearby that can handle the school's materials' or 'I want to recover my grades that dropped due to a slump.'

WAYS has responded to these needs by opening classrooms in Omiya and Minami-Urawa in Saitama, but families along the line also expressed the issue of 'inconvenient commuting from home.'

Therefore, to strengthen support for Saitama's integrated school students who have high educational interest, we decided to open the Shiki classroom, the third in the prefecture, in a location directly connected to the station with easy access.

WAYS values returning the strength of being a specialist in combined junior/senior high schools to the communities where classrooms are located. Through learning support for students attending nearby schools, the Shiki classroom will contribute to the educational environment in the Shiki area.

◾️ Features of the New Classroom

Marui Family Shiki is a commercial facility directly connected to the east exit of Shiki Station on the Tobu Tojo Line via a pedestrian deck, a 1-minute walk. Since students can commute without getting wet in the rain and it is located in a busy facility, parents can feel secure about their children's learning environment.

In addition to a design that allows students to concentrate, the classroom is equipped with self-study booths and learning consultation booths. As a specialized tutoring school for integrated schools, we have prepared an environment that facilitates studying.

Through individual instruction that accumulates 'seeing things through' and thorough 're-solving,' WAYS steadily raises the grades of integrated school students who tend to lapse, from regular tests to university exams over the 6-year span.
