On the day of the event, within the Rikuzentakata City Product Exhibition, event-limited hamburgers made with Rikuzentakata-grown shiitake mushrooms and wakame seaweed were sold, conveying the appeal of Rikuzentakata City's rich land and sea bounty to visitors. The prepared hamburgers sold out and were very well received.
