At Washinmura, we started accepting reservations for the 'Washinmura 2026 Desk Cat Calendar' on Friday, November 14, 2025.
We previously announced this on Instagram and have already received a great response.

This 2026 desk calendar features a gentle atmosphere, depicting the four seasons and traditional seasonal events in Japan, modeled after the cats that live at Washinmura.
We designed this calendar with the hope that by displaying it in your room or on your desk, you can always be reminded of a 'healing time with cats and nature'.

## A Desk Calendar of Satoyama and Cats Born from Washinmura

The 'Washinmura 2026 Desk Cat Calendar' is a ring-bound desk calendar measuring 210 x 140 mm.

The world of the illustrations was inspired by the daily life spent at Kominka Glamping 'Washinmura' in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture.
The 200-year-old traditional folk houses, the nagayamon gates, the changing scenery of the satoyama (countryside), and the free-roaming cats—these elements are softly expressed in hand-drawn pastel tones.
