Based on users' responses to seven questions—including 'recent interests,' 'current work style,' and 'family composition'—as well as their browsing history and past usage patterns, the AI recommends tailored benefits. The more employees use Perk, the more accurate the recommendations become, increasingly aligning with individual lifestyles and attributes. AI-recommended perks can be viewed directly on the Perk homepage.
Supporting Employee Growth with Recommended Categories
The 'Company's Recommended Category Feature' allows HR administrators to designate benefit categories they want employees to utilize, which are then highlighted on the Perk platform. For example, if a company aims to support employee skill development, setting the category to 'Skill Development' will prioritize perks such as English conversation services and business video streaming platforms.
