Wani Books Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) will release the first-ever solo photo book & calendar 'Kotodama - 10 Carat no Tsubuyaki to Tomoni' (Pronunciation: Kotodama) by Kazukiyo Nishikiori, who is highly active across various fields including as an actor, director, and singer, on Friday, May 29, 2026.
After debuting as 'Nikki,' the leader of the idol group 'Shonentai,' Kazukiyo Nishikiori has continued his activities showing various faces as an actor and director. While actively working through his 60th birthday in May 2025, he will release his first solo photo book & calendar as a set on Friday, May 29, to conclude his 60th birthday year.
Produced by himself, the photography took place in locations holding special meaning to him, such as Tokyo and Yokohama. Various scenes were captured, including private cycling scenes and moments of fleeting holidays. The photos feature the current Kazukiyo Nishikiori, structured around 10 murmurs he expressed himself.
The calendar is a perpetual daily type, which also includes Nishikiori's famous (and sometimes infamous) quotes. Please look forward to the completed work.
