[Ginza, Wako] 'Manji Inoue White Porcelain Exhibition: Vessels in Bloom' to be held from June 18th

Seiko House Hall will host an exhibition of white porcelain by the late Manji Inoue, a Living National Treasure and holder of the Important Intangible Cultural Property 'White Porcelain,' from June 18th (Thu) to 28th (Sun).

Marking the 50th consecutive year and the 50th exhibition at Wako, the theme of this event is 'Flowers.' The exhibition brings together works that capture seasonal flowers beloved by Inoue, including lilies, roses, peonies, camellias, and cherry blossoms.

Also on display will be iconic pieces such as his white porcelain round jars and swirl-patterned jars, which showcase his exceptional wheel-throwing techniques.

We invite you to view the 80-year artistic trajectory of Manji Inoue.

* A gallery talk featuring Yuki Inoue, grandson of Manji Inoue and 3rd generation of Inoue Manji Kiln, and potter Toshihiko Tsuji will be held.
