(Headquarters: Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture) on April 1, 2026. With this business transfer, both companies will deepen their strategic partnership in the construction ICT field and further contribute to promoting digital transformation (DX) across the entire industry.

■Purpose and Content of Business Acquisition

Effective April 1, 2026, all business related to the following system will be acquired:

WAKITA's construction machinery network and CTS's digital technology support will be integrated. By operating hardware (heavy machinery) and software (cloud) as one, site productivity will be dramatically improved.
