Wacoal Holdings Corp. (hereinafter, "the Group") has joined the General Association for Business and Human Rights Dialogue and Remedy (hereinafter, "JaCER") as a full member and has begun utilizing JaCER's "Dialogue and Remedy Platform" from April 1, 2026.
By utilizing the "Dialogue and Remedy Platform," which complies with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Group will strengthen its efforts to reduce, rectify, and prevent human rights risks for all stakeholders affected by the Group's business activities, not just its own.
The "Wacoal Group Human Rights Policy," established in 2022, positions all of its business activities as being predicated on respect for human rights. Since its founding, the Group has built upon its management philosophies of "mutual trust management" and "human-centered management," striving to realize a sustainable society by contributing to the healthy and fulfilling daily lives of each customer through the products and services it provides.
