1. Background and Purpose of Participation in this Project
Through the Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC), the largest fashion festival in history, the Company has accumulated overwhelming dissemination power to young people and know-how in creating enthusiastic entertainment.
In the redevelopment of the area around "Uraga Dock," a historical heritage that Japan should be proud of, by injecting the Company's "soft power" and "production capabilities," we have decided to participate in this project to contribute to the realization of sustainable urban development where the next generation gathers, transcending the conventional framework of tourism development.
2. Our Role: "Public Land Utilization Business Development" through Entertainment
In Team Perry’s, the Company will mainly be responsible for "Public Land Utilization Business Development." We aim to maximize area value by fusing Uraga's historical background with modern entertainment.
3. Future Outlook: Establishment of a New Growth Domain, "Urban Development x Entertainment"
Starting with this project, the Company will strengthen cooperation with local governments and developers nationwide, and officially advance into "regional revitalization and urban development businesses through entertainment" utilizing public facilities and idle assets.
Team Perry’s will proceed with necessary surveys and preparations during fiscal years 2026-2027, conduct detailed design and construction work during fiscal years 2027-2028, and aim for phased commencement of public and private land use from fiscal year 2029 onwards. By evolving into a "production company" that maximizes the value of real spaces (places), beyond the framework of our conventional business, we will work on diversifying our revenue base and enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term.
