■ Schedule

(1) Briefing for participating students (Wednesday, May 20, Reiwa 8 [2026])
Explanation of how to devise menus and points to keep in mind when doing so.

(2) Recipe development (~early July Reiwa 8 [2026])
Students from Kumamoto Prefectural Nanryo High School will devise recipes based on the theme.

(3) Document screening (around early July Reiwa 8 [2026])
Kyushu Sanko Retail Co., Ltd., the operator of Miyahara SA (up and down lines), will conduct a document screening of the devised recipes.

(4) Presentation screening (around early August Reiwa 8 [2026])
Students whose recipes pass the document screening will give a presentation to the judges, and the new menu recipes to be sold at Miyahara SA (up and down lines) will be decided.

(5) Trial production and exchange meeting (around late August Reiwa 8 [2026])
A "menu trial production" and "exchange meeting" will be held at Miyahara SA with the students who devised the new menu recipes and the Miyahara SA chef.

(6) Award ceremony and tasting event (around early October Reiwa 8 [2026])
At a venue in Hikawa Town, Kumamoto Prefecture, students who devised the new menu recipes will be honored, and a "menu tasting event" will be held.
