Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Toru Nakashima; hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group," and its group collectively "SMBC Group"), Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Card"), Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC"), and V Point Marketing Co., Ltd.
