The "7-a-side Deaf Rugby World Cup," to be held for the first time in the Northern Hemisphere and Asia region
Deaf Rugby is a rugby competition played by athletes with hearing impairments. While the basic rules are similar to general rugby, it features rules and tactics that do not rely on hearing, such as using flags instead of whistles.
