Visiongate Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Naoko Endo) will open the private after-school club "Kodomo Clie Juku Shirokanedai After-School Club," which will be certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, starting in June 2026. This club is an evolution of the private after-school program that has been operating in Shirokanedai since 2011.

Based on a unique inquiry-based program that has been provided to approximately 2,500 children in Japan and overseas over 15 years, it is a new form of after-school club that combines a safe after-school environment with advanced learning that fosters initiative.

━━ Background of the Opening: From mere "childcare" to "time to create the future"

Since its establishment in 2010, Kodomo Clie Juku has operated under the concept of "Let's create a school!"

It started as a learning place where children themselves were involved in creating the classroom.

The Shirokanedai school opened the following year in 2011, and for 15 years since then, it has developed inquiry-based learning programs that foster initiative, collaboration, and leadership.

Currently, it has expanded to major areas in Tokyo (Omotesando, Shirokanedai, Nihonbashi, Myogadani) and Bangkok.

With the increase in dual-income households in Minato City, the need for a "safe place" after school has been growing year by year. At the same time, parents have earnestly expressed a desire for "high-quality learning, not just spending time."

Now, the Shirokanedai school, which has been rooted in the community for many years, will open as a private after-school club in cooperation with Minato City, offering the following values:

・Public sense of security: A safer and more secure operational system that meets Minato City ordinance standards and Tokyo Metropolitan Government certification standards.

・Daily inquiry-based learning: Seamlessly integrating STEAM education into daily after-school activities, not as special lessons.

【1】 Flexible and Simple Usage System, Selectable from 1 Day a Week

In addition to fixed weekly plans from 1 to 6 days a week, we also support one-time use with advance registration. During long holidays such as summer vacation, the school opens from 8:00 AM, and Saturday use is also available. We strongly support the balance between family and work, adapting to diverse working styles.

【2】 "All-Participating" Operation Where Children Take the Lead

Through play and self-governing activities such as "Children's Council" to discuss rules and how to spend time, and planning and operating seasonal events, we foster the "initiative, collaboration, and leadership" necessary in real society.

【3】 Authentic STEAM x Project-Based Learning (PBL)

We offer five courses on different days of the week: Robotics, Global (English), Art, Science Experiments, and Reading/Writing Presentations. We regularly cultivate the ability to think deeply and produce output in cooperation with peers on "problems without a single correct answer."
