The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization system was established by METI in fiscal 2016 with the aim of creating an environment where corporations, including large and small/medium-sized enterprises, that practice particularly excellent health management can be evaluated by employees, job seekers, related companies, financial institutions, etc., by making them 'visible'. Based on the evaluation criteria established by the Health Management Promotion Study Group (jointly held by the Japan Health Conference Health Management and Health Declaration 150,000 Company WG), the Japan Health Conference certifies 'Certified Health and Productivity Management Organizations'.
