"Macho x Caregiver" VISIONARY and APF Fitness Organization Collaborate on Contest, Accepting Applications for 2026 Summer Events

VISIONARY Inc. (CEO: Yusuke Niwa, Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture), which operates disability welfare services, will hold the "APF VISIONARY TRYOUT CUP 2026" (August 15, 2026, Shinagawa City, Tokyo) and "APF VISIONARY CUP 2026" (August 29, 2026, Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture) in collaboration with the fitness organization APF. In conjunction with this, we have begun accepting applications for athletes participating in the "Draft Tryout Class" and companies/schools participating in the "Corporate Challenge." Both events aim to foster exchange among companies, schools, and athletes through fitness competitions, leading to new career opportunities and community building.

"Draft Tryout Class" to Create Employment and Sponsorship Opportunities

The "APF VISIONARY TRYOUT CUP 2026" will feature a special category, the "Draft Tryout Class," where companies can scout, offer sponsorship contracts, and extend employment offers to participating athletes. In the same event held in 2025, over 400 athletes participated, with more than 1,000 attendees. Of the 10 companies that participated last year, 7 successfully hired participating athletes. Sponsorship contracts and employment interviews were also conducted, making it a venue for talent matching beyond the scope of a fitness contest. Companies can evaluate athletes not only on their competitive performance but also on their perseverance and efforts towards achieving goals, utilizing this event as a platform to create new connections with talent.

"Corporate Challenge" Team Competition for Companies and Schools

The "APF VISIONARY CUP 2026" will feature a team competition category where companies and schools participate as teams of three. This category was introduced in 2023 and is a new initiative that adds a team competition element to fitness contests, which have traditionally focused on individual events. In the previous competition, a total of 12 teams participated, consisting of 9 companies and 3 schools from across the country, fostering exchange between companies and schools through competition.

- 3 people per team (Lead, Middle, Anchor) - Category: Physique Model - Ranking determined by the total points earned in each match.
