Development Background

The idea began with a request from a swimming school.

When we visited the site after hearing a request to “notify parents of bus arrival times,” we encountered a reality far worse than expected. Member management via paper ledgers, manual tuition collection, and parent communication through printouts and phone calls—all operations remained analog. Coaches and staff were spending excessive time on administrative tasks, losing valuable hours that should have been dedicated to student instruction and parent engagement.

Motivated by the desire to “solve this problem,” development of Schola+ began in 2014. Schola+ is built on the principle of deeply understanding the diverse challenges faced by school operators and delivering the most suitable solutions for each customer.

Future Outlook

Expansion of credit card payment integration

Previously handled via counter or phone, course change procedures will now be completed entirely within the app. This reduces staff workload while simultaneously improving member convenience.

Messaging function in the coach-exclusive app

Centralizing communication between facilities, members, and parents within the app will eliminate fragmented channels, enabling faster and more reliable exchanges.
