In childcare facilities for children with developmental disabilities, such as facilities for developmental support and after-school day services, various records such as 'contact books', 'service provision records', and 'support (case) records' are created daily to manage the support and services provided. However, these records are often created on paper or in Excel, and information is mixed. Therefore, in childcare settings, daily reports summarizing these records are created and stored for information sharing among staff. Creating daily reports requires time and effort because the creator must organize information from various media.
