This function supports teachers' work by digitizing the aggregation of preferred interview dates from parents for individual interviews and other events, as well as the complex allocation tasks.

Background of the New Feature Release

Individual interviews are valuable opportunities for gardens and families to collaborate and exchange information to support children's growth.

However, we received many requests from teachers regarding the burden of scheduling individual interviews, such as "Aggregating preference forms for first-semester individual interviews takes a whole day..." and "Adjusting times to accommodate siblings is difficult...".

With the desire to alleviate even a small part of this burden for teachers, we are pleased to release the long-awaited "Scheduling Function."

1. "Automatic Listing" of Preferred Times for Zero Aggregation Work

Preferred times entered by parents via smartphone are immediately reflected on the administration screen and displayed in a list. This eliminates the need for collecting paper forms or re-entering data into Excel, and allows for easy identification of unsubmitted parents.

2. Smart "Adjustment and Confirmation" Work on Screen

From overlapping preferences, it is easy to decide who to assign to which slot with just a mouse click. Overlapping areas are visible at a glance, enabling smooth adjustments.

3. "Reservation Blocking" for Teacher's Convenience

Times when interviews cannot be held, such as for meetings or events, can be pre-set as "unavailable for reservation." Parents can then only select from available time slots, preventing the hassle of re-adjustments later.

4. Smooth Confirmation Communication via Message Delivery

Notifications of confirmed schedules and guidance on what to bring on the day can be sent to parents from the system. Sending timely guidance ensures smooth communication with parents.
