<Vis> "The Place" Becomes Mutually Usable with "Business Airport"! Towards Creating New Value in Membership Services

Vis Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tomohiro Kanaya, hereinafter referred to as Vis), which operates "The Place," is pleased to announce that it has launched a new service with "Business Airport," operated by Life & Work Design Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Minoru Hirachi, hereinafter referred to as Life & Work Design), allowing members of both facilities to use each other's facilities starting April 1, 2026.

This initiative aims to improve member satisfaction and achieve mutual business development by providing an environment where members of each facility can work more flexibly.

・ Usage Conditions: Corporate clients contracted with The Place Shinbashi can use Business Airport.

Business Airport members (excluding Nishi-Umeda) can use The Place Nagoya.

・ Expanded Community Reach In addition to events and opportunities to meet creators and startups at "The Place," members can also access the network built by Business Airport's community managers and members. Through events and other activities, it is also possible to connect with networks of large corporations, professionals, and management.

・ Increased Convenience for Using Urban Hubs Access is available to both Nagoya, the central city in the Chubu region where "The Place" is located, and major hubs like Shibuya, Tokyo, Shinagawa, and Shinjuku, where "Business Airport" operates.

・ Value Creation Through Inter-Company Collaboration Leveraging the strengths of both companies, we will provide new options for people who work.

Vis currently operates four locations, including The Place Shinbashi, which opened last year. We will continue to expand our services to meet the needs of our members and promote the creation of spaces that accommodate the diversification of work styles.

This is a membership-based shared office operated by Life & Work Design Co., Ltd., a member of the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group.
