**Enjoy Gibier, Wild Vegetables, Bamboo Shoots... Tambayama Village Ingredients in Yakiniku**
The Tambayama Village Craft Beer & Yakiniku Festival, now in its third year, began in 2024 at the suggestion of Mr. Ryuichi Narisaka, CEO of Carnevale Inc. and Furusato Ambassador of Tambayama Village, to bring vibrancy to a village with a population of just over 500 people and facing depopulation. At the venue, everything necessary, including shichirin (charcoal grills), is provided, allowing visitors to enjoy charcoal-grilled yakiniku hands-free. In addition to wagyu beef, gibier (deer meat) caught in Tambayama Village is offered. Wild vegetables and bamboo shoots from the village are also grilled and enjoyed together. Yakiniku eaten outdoors while gazing at the fresh greenery is exceptionally delicious.
Participation tickets are reservation-only, and you can choose from the "Tabayama Gibier Course" (deer loin/thigh, domestic pork with skin, domestic chicken, wild vegetables, bamboo shoots, Korean seaweed: 2 servings for 5,000 yen) and the "KINTAN Wagyu Course" (Wagyu kalbi, Wagyu fillet, Wagyu misuji, wild vegetables, bamboo shoots, Korean seaweed: 2 servings for 10,000 yen).
**Local Breweries' Beers Made with Delicious Tama River Water Gather Here**
Accompanying the yakiniku are craft beers from local breweries born from the waters of the Tama River. Three companies will gather: Wolves Brewing from Tambayama Village, VERTERE from Okutama Town, and Far Yeast Brewing from Kosuge Village. This is an irresistible event for beer lovers, where you can enjoy each company's proud flavors by the glass.
